1. Purpose of Venue
​
RDS Academy is a community-based nightclub and social interaction venue created to provide:

• Safe entertainment and themed events

• Social interaction & confidence building

• PS5 gaming sessions & tournaments

• Fitness & self-defense classes

• Workshops & educational sessions

• Community support and employment readiness

This venue operates with community values: Respect – Safety – Inclusion – Confidence – Growth.

2. Entry Requirements
​

• Proof of age may be required (18+ for nightclub nights).

• Search/bag checks may be carried out on entry.

• Admission may be refused if behaviour is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

• Right of admission is strictly reserved by the venue and security team.

• Anyone under influence of drugs or excessive alcohol may be refused entry.

3. Code of Conduct
​
All visitors must:
✔ Show respect to staff and other visitors
✔ Follow venue rules and security instructions
✔ Not use threatening, abusive or discriminatory language
✔ Not bring illegal substances or weapons
✔ Not take photographs of others without consent
Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue and/or a permanent ban.

4. Safe Space Policy
​
This venue operates as a Safe Space Community Environment.
We have zero tolerance for:​
Any concerns can be reported confidentially to staff or SIA security.

5. Bookings & Payments
​

• Bookings must be made via our website or in person.

• Payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the venue.

• If an event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

• Management reserves the right to change event details at any time.​

6. Photography & Media
​

• Some events may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes.

• You may request not to appear in any photographs/videos by informing a member of staff.

• Personal photography is allowed but must respect others’ privacy.

7. Health & Safety
​

• All events follow Health & Safety and Fire Safety regulations.

• Emergency exits must be kept clear at all times.

• First Aid trained staff will be available during events.

• Visitors must notify staff of any medical conditions if participating in physical activities.

8. Gaming & Fitness Sessions
​
Participation in gaming, fitness or self-defence sessions is at your own risk.
By booking any session, you agree that:

• You are physically fit to participate.

• You accept responsibility for any injury caused by misuse of equipment or unsafe behaviour.

• You will follow all instructor/staff guidance.

9. Personal Belongings
​

• The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Cloakroom services (if used) are at customer’s own risk.

10. Privacy Policy Overview
​

• We collect only necessary information for bookings and safety.

• We will never sell or share your data with third parties without permission.

11. Right to Refuse or Remove Entry

Management and licensed security staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a visitor who:

• Shows signs of aggression, intoxication or unsafe behaviour

• Fails to comply with staff instructions

• Violates any part of these Terms & Conditions

These Terms may be updated or modified at any time.
Updated versions will be available on our website and inside the venue.
